Who is the naturopathic at “Vida Más Sana”?
My name is Hilde Sportel, I am a Complementary Therapist who uses bioresonance therapy to support clients in healing their body and mind.
I was born and raised in the Netherlands but I have been living in Spain since 1989.
I have specialized in:

All in order to help people bring their body systems back into balance and enjoy a healthy and energetic life.
The “Vida Más Sana” treatments are natural with no drug interventions, although they will happily work for individuals already taking medication. We complement the bioresonance treatments with natural remedies, including homeopathics, nutritional therapies, Bach Flower® and reflexology.
Besides working in my own practice in Arcos de la Frontera, I also help people to stop smoking in “Centro de Consultas Médicas Hermes” in Jerez de la Frontera.
My goal for this website is for it to be a portal that will support people to transform their lives by making simple lifestyle healthy changes using naturopathic care treatments.
